1. In the event you own or have authorised access to a parking space, the following regulations should be adhered to:
2. Not to fill the fuel tank of any vehicle parked in the parking area. 3. Not to keep any petroleum spirit or liquid in the car park other than that which may, from time to time, be in the appropriate tank of a vehicle parked. 4. Adhere to the relevant speed limits when driving within the development. 5. Not to clean or carry out any maintenance on the vehicle at the development. 6. Not to park any vans, caravans, boats, or heavy goods vehicles in the parking area. 7. All vehicles must be roadworthy and in a good state of repair and condition, adequately taxed, insured, and (if more than three years old) have an up-to-date and valid MOT certificate. 8. Not to store or keep any items in or around the Parking Space or Parking Area. 9. Not to use an electric charging space other than in accordance with the charging systems requirements. 10. To only use an electric charging space for the purpose of charging your electric vehicle. 11. Not to rent, loan, or offer your parking space to anyone who does not reside at King's Road Park.
Unless you have allocated space (please refer to your lease), all the unallocated space operates on a first-come, first-served policy.
